INSTRUCTIONS
To make a rubberband ball, pinch together the ends of a single rubber band and tie it into a loose double knot. Wrap and twist a second band around the knot repeatedly, until it is taut. Continue adding rubber bands one at a time until the ball is as large as you like, or you run out of bands. You also can speed along the process by starting out with an inner core made of wadded-up newspaper or aluminum foil, and then covering it with rubber bands but that is cheating! My ball is 100% rubberbands!
